Bollywood drugs case: Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor and Rakul Preet Singh summoned by NCB – Times of India ►

Bollywood’s alleged link to the ongoing drugs probe, which emerged from Sushant Singh Rajput’s death case, has now got Deepika Padukone, Sara Ali Khan, Shraddha Kapoor and Rakul Preet Singh under the NCB’s scanner. According to the latest developments, Times Now has reported that the Narcotics Control Bureau has sent summons to all the four Bollywood actresses. Simone Khambatta, Karisma Prakash, Shruti Modi have also been summoned.
According to the channel, their names had featured in various chats which are being analysed by the NCB.

Sources have revealed to the channel that Deepika Padukone has been summoned to appear before NCB on September 25. Simone Khambatta and Rakul Preet Singh will be joining the NCB’s probe on September 24 and Shraddha Kapoor and Sara Ali Khan have been summoned by NCB on September 26.

According to Times Now, previously initials of five celebrities were revealed, namely – K, D, S, N, and J. The report further stated that ‘D’ has been allegedly identified as Deepika Padukone while ‘K’ was her manager Karishma.

Sara Ali Khan and Rakul Preet Singh’s names emerged in the probe after Rhea Chakraborty had allegedly named them in her statement to the NCB. While Shraddha’s connection to the case was reported after it emerged that she had joined in to celebrate the success of ‘Chhichhore’ at Sushant’s Lonavala farmhouse, where drugs were allegedly used.
