Tomorrow Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol starrer iconic film ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’ is going to complete 25 years since its successful release in 1995. While fans seem to be all excited about the milestones, recently Kajol opened up about the film to an entertainment portal and revealed thoughts about her character Simran from ‘DDLJ’ by calling her “cool” but a little old-fashioned at the same time.

Relating to the character, the actress added how she finds Simran in “almost” everyone around her, from people who are waiting to do the “right thing” in someone to the ones who don’t opt for the right thing, or even those who seek that “approval”. Summing up the qualities of the character, she further added that she thought Simran was a little old-fashioned but cool to her in all sense.

Meanwhile, netizens have begun trending #DilwaleDulhaniaLeJayenge on Twitter alongside pictures and videos of Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol to mark the early celebration as they continue to remember the evergreen film and its dialogues.
