Back in August, Sanjay Dutt had announced on social media that he was taking a break from work for medical reasons. It was soon reported that the ‘Vaastav’ actor had been diagnosed with lung cancer and he underwent chemotherapy treatment at a hospital in Mumbai. Soon after, Sanjay Dutt began shooting for his film ‘Shamshera’ and recently he reported on the sets of his South film ‘KGF: Chapter 2’.
