Shah Rukh Khan has finally kickstarted shooting after over two years. His action entertainer ‘Pathan’ recently went on floors and the paparazzi snapped the actor in action. Shah Rukh Khan sported long hair and casual athleisure as he arrived for the shoot. ‘Pathan’ is directed by Siddharth Anand and will also feature Deepika Padukone as the leading lady.

Revealing details about the movie, a source had previously informed Mumbai Mirror, “It’s an intriguing world of agents and Deepika will get to do a lot of action too. Though the title is SRK-centric, Deepika plays an edgy character who joins Pathan on a mission. It’s on the lines of what Katrina Kaif’s Zoya was to Salman Khan’s Tiger in the Tiger franchise.”

Two sets have been erected at a studio in Mumbai for the shoot of ‘Pathan’. The film will reportedly feature John Abraham in the role of an antagonist. Post shooting in Mumbai, SRK, Deepika and John will head to Abu Dhabi in the first week of January 2021 for the film’s second schedule. Interestingly, Salman Khan has been roped in for a cameo in ‘Pathan’.
